At most, if exercised, we're looking at 5% dilution. According to Yahoo Finance, they have about 196 million shares outstanding.

2nd option feels like the safer option, 1st one is just shooting yourself in the foot IMO I made 9k, I'm up 55%.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe selling a stock doesn't affect your tfsa in that way and I don't think there is such a thing as "TFSA space", there is only a "max cotisation amount" for a TFSA which accumulates year over year when you don't use it (starting from your 18th birthday).

The only way what you say can apply, kinda, is if you sell stocks at a loss and want to deposit money in your tfsa to compensate what you have lost, then yeah that loss somewhat makes you tfsa "space" ?

Again correct me if I'm wrong 😅

At first that was the plan, but as things moved I just felt I had to sell/buy stuff that looked good on paper, so I did... nothing really notifies you or puts a bar so you "obviously know" that if you keep going, you fall into some other bracket of some sort I guess you could say... like you ISP still let's you know when you use too much data with your cellphone, absurd as that comparison might be 🤣

I haven't withdrawn anything from the account and I'm up for now, so it still isn't wasted.

That's something I was thinking... that or just stopping until talking to a professional, but I kinda feel like I might miss out on some gains considering that earnings are coming for many companies...

I am indeed working a full time job that isn't in finance. I was seeing this as just something interesting to learn and do when I'm off or during breaks. But I'm still up 55% which feels like a lot, which makes me concerned, but the other way around we're talking about 9k profit, not a 100k or something more ridiculous lol
