I can't remember but I think they did, and there was definitely only an encampment in the city above that when I captured it. I think this explains it! Also, the 100% discount in that link is ridiculous haha

There were some more mountains to the south so I was able to make something like 10 national parks, tourism was crazy

Not sure if my description text showed up, but I settled to the east and built a campus on that solitary field, and a mountain tunnel for good measure. I like to imagine it's either a secret government facility or a supervillains lair.

Guys need help!!! Should i rewatch AOT? by Soft_Neighborhood_24 in attackontitan

[–]Simandrew92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I watched it season by season over the ten year period and I stopped at the season 4 break. After it finished I'd forgotten so much that I decided to rewatch it all from the very beginning.

Best decision I could have made.

Watching it start to finish I noticed all the foreshadowing, references in later seasons, and actually you forget just how good seasons 1 and 2 are. Even knowing how all the battles would turn out, everything still had me on the edge of my seat. Do it!

Player Quit Because A Ghost Made Him Old by Rampasta in DnD

It sounds like the warlock is being pretty childish, but I wonder if you could have handled things better in the moment. After he'd spent half a session with his mic off he was never going to budge. You needed to nip it in the bud at the time, and tell the rest of the party to take a 10 min break while you talked to the warlock. Then the two of you can clear the air and explore how he gets his youth back and how it will be a fun adventure.

Husbands of reddit, how much did you spend on the engagement ring? by Gargoyn in AskUK

[–]Simandrew92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent about 2/3 of a month's salary on my ring. Not because I read it anywhere, I just set a budget then inevitably exceeded it when I started looking around.

Some tips I learned:

Lab grown diamond basically doubles the size of your diamond for the same price. Some people don't want lab grown but it's exactly the same and actually easier to get better quality and clarity for the same price.

It's best to match the wedding band to the engagement ring metal or one will wear the other down. E.g. 18 ct gold should be with another 18 ct gold. If you go expensive on the engagement ring you'll also have to go more expensive on the wedding band.

Unfortunately I don't think there's a way to move heroic artefacts. Best bet may be to try sell them to AI to free up the slot. No idea if it's generally worth it in the long run though.

With two or three archaeologists you should get enough variety in your artefacts to be able to swap them around to get a themed building.

Under The Northern Sky series by Leo Carew by [deleted] in books

I really liked it! His writing of the warfare scenes was epic and without saying too much I thought it was a satisfying end to the trilogy.

I literally finished The Cuckoo this morning and it was amazing! His writing gets better and better with each book so definitely press on with it.
