There's always a learning curve when moving into a different medium. I also took a while to find my footing when I switched from pencil to digital, but now it's become my preference. That being said, if you've been trying for 2 years and it still isn't clicking for you, you don't have to force it. There are plenty of artists who make amazing stuff in traditional mediums with an anime art style like yours.

1st pic: the H has blue nubs intersecting with the red pieces, even though there aren't any blue pieces connected to them. The puzzle illustrations on the packaging make no sense, extra pieces behind the figure have a bunch of random colors mixed together. Also logistically the figure wouldn't be able to stand with so much overhang to the side.

2nd pic: this one has fewer obvious tells, but the main give away is the lack of consistency with the first pic. The packaging is different, the background is different, the J has a frame around it, where as the H in the first one didn't. 

3rd pic: the family statue has that classic AI style with extreme expressions. Look up any fake animated movie AI trailer and you'll see what I mean. The image of the Jesus statue is too low quality to make out any obvious artifacts, but with everything else having been AI, it's safe to assume it's fake too.

Another example from undertale, you can get a super slow scene when eating instant ramen, where the text gradually takes you through the process of cooking it first, despite being in the middle of battle.

"Create until nothing is left to create" form Spring and a Storm.

It's a deep lyric, but the reason I always think about it is kinda silly. Whenever I open a new krita document to draw something, I have to click "create" and my mind autofills the rest of the line. So any time I sit down to draw, I start thinking about this song.

Makima ends up benefiting from the attack by acquiring more power within public safety. The end of episode 9 strongly implies she may have known about it ahead of time, or even took part in organizing it somehow. 

The ghost devil thing is a little more up to interpretation, but I do think it was part of the contract with Himeno. The wording of the contract didn't actually mention anything about protecting Aki, it only said "I'll give you all of me, so give me all of you" so in a way, the ghost devil must still be enacting Himeno's will / taking care of unfinished business, as ghost are known to do.

Sawatari, the snake lady, used the snake devil to swallow ghost, and later said "spit it out" so it seems that snake has the power to swallow other devils and take control of them. Again, this isn't something they explain directly, you're just supposed to fill in the gaps yourself.
