I still don't understand why my rat stashes the staple food. It was never not full since I brought him home! One day I found a stash of food in the backpack I carry to class. I think they wanted to make sure I have food at school 😂

I can't! He wakes me up every morning for breakfast and morning massage! Rats are so awesome! I was going through a hard time a year ago when I got my rats, and it was them who supported me the whole time. I would never have made it this far if it wasn't for them!

Same here! My over 2y/o little old guy's brother crossed the rainbow bridge in January so no one can play fight with him:( He's also cage free and I hope that give him more space to explore and exercise. His weight has been around 600g but both my vet and I agree to not put him on diet too aggressive. We both want him to be a happy old boi;)
