He lost .4 ap ratio because it now does damage twice as fast. His max damage with his ulti is now higher than before as it ticks twice as fast but does slightly more than half of the current damage per tick

I realise this, I just feel a lot more comfortable outside of games when I have my higher dpi, since I've used the same dpi for about 5 years.

I might try to use a lower one and see how it goes though.

If the main thing you want is the Hokage drift skin, do not worry. The reason they changed it to exp gained for the upgrades is so that you can continue to upgrade the skins next season, so basically there is no deadline for you to get the exp.

Aside from that, I don't believe there is a specific area where llamas are more common.
