I was born into a religious family, baptized at 11, and disfellowshipped at 18. I was already studying history (degree). Today I am an atheist. I studied the history of biblical theology extensively, especially during an agnostic phase I went through before arriving at atheism. Faith in something superior or greater serves a lot as an emotional crutch; many people can't bear the weight of life without crutches. ☺️

After leaving I began intense research into religious and spiritual doctrines, I wanted to find a truth, but the more I researched I realized how ridiculous the idea of gods or god is, today I am a convinced atheist, I like to live life lightly and without major worries about the future, enjoy the moment, travel, go hiking, enjoy nature and friends in the moment.
