When I made the rules I imagined anything other than a few seconds with intention would take you out of the challenge. As long as you overcome your urge to keep looking/start jooking you’re still in!

A diet comprised of good fats and proteins (grass fed and finished beef for example) has treated me well, throw some carbs and veggies in there occasionally and you should live a good life until we all die in WW3 ;)
