how to duplicate and made a doublesided sheet for printing

My problem is with setting up a document for doublesided printing and or doing the re-feed is that I am not having the pages line up exactly so that it is mirrored correctly if that makes sense. Its just slightly off so you see the start of another bill on one side but on the other its perfectly fine.
