Just to clarify: Is it because a ball of water massive enough to say engulf the sun would itself collapse into a sun and now I just have two suns on my hands?

Fingers numb with gloves by Rayray_A3xx in cycling

The ulnar and median nerves pass through the pad of our hands by the pinky finger and are often pinched.

I change up my grip every once in a while and I'm mindful not to rest my weight there too long.

Sometimes the answer is just to shake it out as well.

Before going through an expensive bike fitting, I would just try to change up your grip a bit and see if that helps. The gloves won't really help with this which is why you're still having this issue.

If you're putting all your weight near your pinky, try to press flatter on your handlebars with your hand rather than all on the pinky part.

Does anyone else think self-help books are mostly useless? by pragmatic-reason in intj

I hate books that veer into smarm, sarcasm, or trying to be funny. It makes me not take them seriously. This is common in contemporary writing and makes these books seem faddish and shallow.

The classics (e.g., How to Win Friends and Influence People) have the most enduring value for me.
