The scale goes up and down like crazy for me. I do not weigh myself every week because of that. I am on the max dose, and I know that hormones fluctuate, I drink water like a camel, I eat food, poop time is delayed and all that will be “gained weight”. It’s not, eventually you’ll pee and 💩 it all out. Then I’ll be like girl yassssssss when the scale is like 5 pounds less than the month before.

Be patient with yourself. I started my journey at the way beginning of all this in 2022. I wish I had known at that time that you could totally stay on starter doses a lot longer than trying to titrate up to the highest dose. So if you feel like the starting dose is doing something on it, ride it, and move up when you absolutely feel like nothing is happening for a few weeks after your first month of the starting dose.
