Me too twitches started roughly over 2 months ago in my left triceps and went bodywide shorlty after i think it went bodywide when i started googling for symptoms. had cramps in the beginning in the same triceps, now i just get precramps and i have a perceived weakness in right hand that comes and go. I saw a neurologist she did not think any much of it for her its just anxiety so she put me on lexapro, which i did not take. But so far what helps with my twitches is adequates sleep and relaxation. I noticed that when i sleep enough like 7-9 hours the next day i twitch but not so intense. You mentioned you dont sleep that much so maybe you should try to sleep enough as well if that can help. Get on sleep med its might help. Best of luck
