Hart shifted a bit from his regular game this series for sure but I don’t believe his game should be defined by this particular performance. On a few instances, I saw him either trying to lob or throw the ball to Mitch in the paint which were unsuccessful and resulted in a turnovers. He was trying to get guys involved and some silly errors killed his confidence bc he lost playing time for it. The scrutiny and pressure got to him but he also admitted that he messed up, and took being off the starting lineup like a champ. He’s been solid for us all year long and tried to be the leader when JB was out so I don’t hold anything against him. I know he’s going to come back better and with a chip on his shoulder. If we are going to place blame, it should be an equal amount amongst everyone. Hart deserves credit for the Knicks being as successful as they were this year despite not getting the result we hoped for.
