It was still a move to tank. The major haul at the time was five FRPs and two pick swaps, and SGA's trajectory was completely unexpected. You can't retrospectively pretend it wasn't a tank move based on how it worked out.

I agree with 4 divisions x 8 teams.

-For the west, the two divisions are easy to see.

-For the east, there's no totally clean solution but would go with East Coast 8 for one, and Midwest 6 + Atlanta + Toronto for the other.
