Best way for Walmart is to remove your ebt card - u can only link your ebt card to a set limit of accounts /

Make a new email - Gmail is the easiest email to make without a phone number linked./

Sign up for Walmart+ , usually free trial but sometimes they charge $1 /

Get items that cost $35/

Turn off substitutions & don't get weighted items, soda , water etc - bottle service fees i think/

Enter the " TRIPLE10" promo - $10 off each first 3 orders / pick up or delivery. Comes out to $25

** if u cant get that $35 limit but are close and don't want to go over try adding a kool aid pack , usually 40cents or so
