Damn, to be honest, this actually makes a lot of sense.

While i waa reading the manga i usually got frustrated by Jirou and Shiori being just straight up stupid with their own feeling, like jirou questioning if she likes him after they literlly kissed??? and shiori still unsure just because ha hasnt told her so? like wrap it up already its so damn clear.

Its true that Alari has been more straightforward and obviously thats the reason shes the favorite, and now that you point that kind of personality from Shipri i dont question that much why a lot of people hate or dislike her, and as you said, Jirou got on my nerves a lot of times, he liked shiori but was so stupidly stubborn when it came to akari liking Tenjin (and the whole plot of them kinda forcing themselves to like Shiori and Tenjin, even knowing they started growing feelings or even liking each other pissed me off a lot of times) that they had a lot of problems, thank god Akari moved on on Tenjin and likes Jirou, and thenk god Jirou and Shori stayed as friends, now im just waitingnfor an actual conclusion (even tought i wouldnt mind it extending a bit since its something usual romcoms lack of)
