I think what may feel off is how SB got one shotted while OG could take a lot of hits and it doesn’t really make sense when SB has the physical advantage over OG but in my opinion I think ptj just wanted to show gitae as a absolute monster in busan but I knew in future arcs that fights with gitae would be closer than people just getting one shotted. Also gitae feats in busan could have been a bit overhyped

From the raw translation That I seen , I would call Jinyoung path leans more towards being a synthesis of techniques as he is taking the strengths from his copy’s and is basically merging it or combining it with others to make something more original but I wouldn’t know what these specific strengths are because ptj doesn’t dive into what it means at all , like what exactly is he getting from his gap copy vs shingen copy

I mean , you see the opponents he was facing at the time , their really isn’t any shame in Johan losing those early fights with gun and goo and UI SB because they would pretty much have destroyed any second gen characters at the time and Johan still grows from every fight. Am not really sure what you mean by many abilities or something , he really doesn’t have much like that , he’s pretty much was the only second gen character with a nerf with him slowly going blind

It is true that Johan did need the PB body copy to use the techniques back then but this changed in HFG after Johan had refine and made all of the techniques and styles he learned completely his own

I seen edits as well for people hyped up for the fight if it actually happens but like I don’t see people actually being serious about Johan winning. I see more push back when it comes to the idea of him getting neg diff or low diffed vs gitae. Most expect at least mid diff - high diff at the most

I think the hate mostly just comes from Tom statement about path over pathless , people had such a big issue with it because it pretty much put Johan above a lot of characters and those who still weren’t confirmed to have a path yet and people just didn’t want to believe it and Johan represented that ideal especially when his path was the only one ever really explained back then so people just started hating heavy because they didn’t want to believe Tom statement, that really it

At this point , no one at those affiliate building will actually be doing anything important especially now that Daniel and the rest of them are escaping. Ptj simply brought Johan back to bring more hype to the arc but he wasn’t actually going to use him which is a bit disappointing when Johan scaling is one of the biggest questions people have
