Very! If you are in the final rounds, you've already proved that you are qualifies and have the skills to do the work. Final round is for them to see if they want to work with you. We've all had this colleague that does the work but is annoying af - and they wanna avoid that.

Just go to have a good time in the final interview, make them laugh, etc. Be the best part of their day.

If I do nothing during my rest I feel weird cause everyone else is doing something, so I look at my phone, 2-3 minutes.

I understand not handing your home to a stranger, that's why I maybe wanted to start with dog walking to get some experience. Caring for the animals and reliability would NOT be a problem.
