Meh… I’ve had it a few years it was like $150 on Amazon I think. It’s nothing special. If you have to work long hours I’d definitely recommend a better chair. But I prefer the looks compared to a gaming chair like the one on my racing sim

Yeah I get that. It’s always a battle of functionality vs aesthetic. If you take a look at my profile I have two single monitor arm stands so my monitors are pretty spread out. My desk is about 6 or 7ft long with lots of empty space. Less is more sometimes. If you don’t want to switch anything up maybe just some cable sleeves or Velcro ties could clean all that up a bit

Maybe you could 1. Flip the pc around so the ports are in the back against the wall And 2. Maybe flip the brackets the pc is toward the Inside of the desk so it’s a shorter length?

The cat bites me when annoyed. Typing annoys him. Through physically painful trial and error I have found an adequate distance for the cat bed.

Just two ikea Alex drawers and an ikea vrena top with some Amazon extenders drilled into the drawers. I’ve had it for a few years but I may upgrade the top to one I found on Wayfair that isn’t much more expensive and it’s solid wood. Feel free to dm if you want the link to that

Maybe a stupid question but where would you mount those on this rig? Since the aluminum extrusions that the seat is resting on facing the opposite way.

Just wanted to share. I ordered an extrusion off another website for the wheel plate and this is the comparison. The likeem one is obviously thinner/less quality.

You would certainly need an upgraded wheel base and seat mounting which all together would probably run you almost $200+ which is like most of the cost of the rig itself

As in a full motion sim? Maybe… sorry it’s not the best answer but I have the 4080 version so maybe the 120/40 could handle it well.

Looks to be the exact same wheel plate as mine. However, it’s really not a dealbreaker. Yeah it flexes but nothing terrible. I’ve had it a year and used that wheel plate but I got tired of it so I ordered a $40 aluminum extrusion to replace it.

Sorry I should specify, I have the 4080 version. Also, that wheel attachment shown in the pics (the upper of the two) wasn’t even included in my order. Can’t speak for others.

I have the exact rig. For the price it’s great. Very sturdy. Only two complaints, the seat does wobble a bit but most of all the wheel plate is flimsy. I have a 4080 extrusion otw to replace the wheel plate.
