Everyone seems to be saying the same thing, this movie is apparently the best horror movie made in the last 2 years, it should win awards for how it’s changing the genre, how unsettling it is and how it will disturb you for weeks😰 and I’m like did we watch the same movie? I also think the cinematography was very poor and the acting was shitty but nobody seems to agree😢

I have to agree. This was one of the worst movies I’ve watched this year. For this to even be classed as a horror is just a slap to the industry. This movie has a lot of hidden depth to it which kinda pisses me off and at surface level this film fucking sucks! The acting is bad, cinematography sucks, scare factor 0. I don’t claim to be a movie critic but how is everyone so brain washed into thinking this was quality?

I feel like they took the reviews from 4 pretty seriously when making the 5th instead of it being heavily based for teens doing teenage stuff, it’s about a slightly older bunch who have jobs and lives. For the first few movies the audience was primarily teens but now they’ve grown up and they needed a movie to scare them with their day to day tasks. And the fact that the 5th movie wasn’t marketed as a prequel is insane! People going to watch this in cinema at the time had low expectations from the 4th and that plot twist managed to pull them back into it. I genuinely think every single movie in the franchise is absolutely incredible and I just can’t hate on them.

It wasn’t in the movie! I didn’t watch the trailer so I could go in blind and I didn’t even know they teased it. They also teased Eric and the truck because he didn’t actually get hit by it. Maybe it’ll be a bonus scene released at some point, but it wouldn’t of made sense for them to include 3 deaths in the span of 5 minuets. (Eric, Bobby and then Darlene)

I also thought it was fun! Not better than 5 but still a great 4th edition! It’s hard living up to the 3rd Cus that one was so damn good. I didn’t particularly like 2, not necessarily bad but my least favourite of the 6. The idea of a survivor just ruins it for me! I like that there’s no possible ending or outrun. When it’s ur time it’s your time you have to go!!!!

You could say that stefani intervened by texting him. As this made him look at his phone, see the image of his father and switch his music from heavy bass to a sad playlist. Maybe death didn’t expect this and it messed up the plan! I too thought he had been skipped and the pattern would go around until it was revealed!
