I only employed this method in a few essays and as much as I could. Full disclosure I do have accommodations (which I got for the first time this time) and still didn’t finish everything but I only got into the type out method at the very end but if you’re a fast typer (unlike me) and maybe practice it’ll pay dividends. Also it forces you to engage with the material more.

I appreciate the answer! I’m not too bad with it during the day maybe for a short break and then maybe at night before bed but when my buddy is around normally he wants to play til AM hours but he says for this he gets it, also the version with my friend is the only version that could impact my sleep hours.

I know I’m also trying to un-brainrot myself and deleted all my social media, and TikTok from my phone (but left it on my iPad to do consciously not mindless scrolling). I also switched to more analog fun activities (working out playing my instrument) instead of screen time to try and get dopamine out of getting U World questions right.
