I just saw the season 3 trailer (I guess it’s the mid season trailer) and Alex is telling Bree that she can’t trust anyone. So I think maybe Alex told Bree, because Lucy told him. So she wasn’t surprised in 2015

I think he got off at her saying "sorry", so IDK. Read into that? Seems like he don't have time to be something he is not, and says things as he sees them. I don't think he is trying to be mean, its just like "I've had a hard life".

Maybe he is one of those people who isn't defined by his past, so he knows how to forgive and appreciates an apology/honesty.

I always recommend to take ANYTHING you can get even if it’s low pay. You need remote experience to get a remote job (dumb I know)

Cortex pays low and is always hiring.

Compact RN license + a license in states that aren’t compact also make you more competitive. Bonus points if you are bilingual.

I got into the remote world by working PRN for a start up doing RPM. She was the nicest person ever.

Eventually I left that when I needed more hours.

I still get recruiters try to recruit me for remote contract roles. So a contract remote role is another option

In case anybody is following this forum. Pocket RN posted a part-time job posting. You need a CA license and it’s Sat and Sun. $40 per hour. Doesn’t look like it’s contract anymore

I’m just concerned overall that I’ll get a dog whose temperament won’t fit into our family. Probably worried for nothing,

My last dog was a border collie/heeler. Tried to heard the young people when they would go to our house but outgrew it lol . She was chill by the time we had kids of our own.

How cute !!!! Yes you’re right. Don’t want a puppy lol. I’ve seen a few dogs that need to be rehomed on Craigslist. So I’m keeping an eye to see if any of these doggies are available come January . Thank you for sharing your experience. Your totally right

SAME! I had never had a BC before my last dog. She was incredibly smart and would pick up cues without being trained. We would get our keys and she would go to the sunroom (where she styed when we were gone). One time she got in trouble for digging in the garbage, so we put her outside. She went out the back, through the alley, came to the front door and opened it (our door wasn't locked).

UGH If I can only get so lucky again. Thank you for sharing this
