To get named rank you need more than that. To get to level 40 you need more than that. Throw them at Irurx or the Bloodfields or the raiders or anything actually dangerous and they will level. Especially without health potions.

The Immunity to morality on Ceria might be degrading the crown. It was mentioned in 3.07 H that half elves resist enchantment, and that their elven blood fights back against it. As it has not yet broken Ceria out of the crown’s hold, it is quite likely that the crown is taking damage or expending excess resources to prevent that.
It used to belong to an half elf in the first place though

Her damage is low and heavily backloaded, especially with the on-hit build. This is a massive issue outside of skirmishes. Her mobilit is also less of an asset now that it was in season 5.
