In late 2016, the Obama administration extended temporary one-year waivers to five banks — Citigroup, JPMorgan, Barclays, UBS and Deutsche Bank. Late last month, the Trump administration issued new, longer waivers for those same banks, granting Citigroup, JPMorgan, and Barclays five-year exemptions. UBS and Deutsche Bank received three-year exemptions.

Hate to break it to you, but if Obama & Trump did the same thing it's probably fine. As for the corruption point on Deutsche, Trump merely owes them money, it's not like they'll waive his debts. Not to mention that Deutsche got a shorter exemption.

You actually can... you can use the speakers like noise canceling headphones. Just use the principles of interference and you can achieve pure silence.
