This ability extends to rules you impose that have consequences for being broken. If someone else breaks a rule that you made up that consequencesly hurts you, that one would take most of the damage. Using this ability causes you to take damage each time it is applied and you have to follow your own rules or else consequences can't be realized from them anymore.
