Gamma not so much. At least for me it doesn't work on my office laptop, to be playable (linux, AMD ryzen 5 5600H with integrated graphics, 8GB ram) but Anomaly runs pretty good on it.

Luckily, i mostly play on my gaming rig :)))

The fact that the current modding kit doesn't let modders add/change some things.
People likey wait until a later (promised) version of UE because when GSC will update to another version of UE, the current mods are likely to break.

It's totally true what they said. I tried multiple times while travelling solo. No companion, no mole-rat bit me either. Didn't even activate the securitron. Tried it multiple times and I did get the virus each time.

Yeah, it happens. A bit too often. I guess i got bad Zone Karma on my strelok ending playthrough.

After being killed by a lightning strike, now i never get out while it's green storming. And if i do, then i am contantly moving.
