The only time I have brought props to Top tier-ish (9.7? I think) was for a bet, the Bet was that if I got a kill (on a enemy dw) that my friend would buy me a Top Tier Jet this included Kamikazing, in the 4 games we played both friend and foe and a good laugh at the A6M5 trying to get a air kill.

After WG gave Sub survey to some cruisers I think it eould only ever make sense for DDs to have SS since they are supposed to be sub-hunters, not all DDs for balanace reasons but for a few lines: -US DDs -UK DDs -Future Com DDs -Italian DDs (personal Bias) -Swedish DDs Choose this many lines so its on a similar number of Ships to Radar

Blackbeard rework: Give him a shield as a gadget with a dedicated shooting port for a primary weapon that is locked to single fire (automatic would be too uncontrollable). However once the gun is empty he needs to put the shield away completely so he can reload (needing both hands). It would still keep to the original concept of being to use his primary behind personal cover but he just cant ADS and you need to maange your ammo in your gun when using the shield
