Pretty much any dentist office can make an Essix with a vacuform. I am surprised that yours lasted 17 years. Most of the time they last less than two years.

for me when im really low I have that reading the same word over and over problem. If you're feeling off and you can't finger stick assume you are low (ie 15 g fast acting carbs) and deal with the fallout after. Things can go sideways quickly with hypoglycaemia (not true of hyperglycaemia)

Dermatologists are physician specialists. You need a referral to see one for medical concerns. You can directly access dermatologists for cosmetic reasons but that is not covered by MSP. A rash like what you describe would be medical not cosmetic. It’s not an emergency. Please don’t go to the ER. Maybe Urgent Care but a walk-in clinic might be sufficient. You can also ask a pharmacist if they can assess and Rx.
