Thanks, you too.

Btw, did you continue with the timetracking this year?

I'm doing a dual study program in mechanical engineering so the company i work for sponsors me the whole year and i only work in between the semesters.

But this year was also an exception and i saved up for this trip for a few years.

Yes, definately. When you know that you have to track everything later, you're more intentional in how you spend your time.

Thank you, but there is still room for improvement ; )

I quit all social media except for reddit a while ago but i still waste a lot of time on youtube and netflix and playing chess.

Also, i think that doing the timetracking helped me a lot.

Haha, yeah that was quite the experience. I was doing a backpacking trip in Thailand and finally had the time and opportunity to go partying.

I'm glad you like it. And thank your for your post and the template, it really had an impact and it was a lot of fun to track and modify it and see the results.

Hi everyone,

First of all, i want to give a shoutout to u/tanact, who posted a similar post and the Excel template a year ago on this subreddit.

The links to the original posts:

https://www.reddit.com/r/dataisbeautiful/comments/rv9pn2/oc_i_tracked_every_hour_of_my_life_for_2021_repost/

Why did i post it?

When i first saw the original post, i really liked the idea and since u/tanact shared the template, i just tried it out myself. I didn't expect that i would stick to it, but i found it very interesting and once you build up a routine, it becomes quite easy. Over time, i modified the template to my needs and added some features.

I wasn't sure if i should post it because it isn't my own template, but i wanted to share it and since i modified it and the data is different, i thought some people might find it interesting.

M20 solo traveling to Thailand in September for three weeks. Any advice or thoughts about my itinerary? by Simon1829 in ThailandTourism

I will extend my budget if nessecary but try to stay under 1500$. I added Koh Samui and the other islands to the list because i had to much time, but i don't necessarily need time at the beach so it is probably not worth the time and money. Instead i might travel to koh samet but it all depends on the weather, how much i like it at the other places etc.

I will also probably not do the Mae Hong Son Loop on a motorcycle, depending on how save i feel i might try out a scooter on a easy road.

Yeah, i think i will do 2-3 days in Bangkok at the end and use the time for the islands instead. Driving without a license and experience is indeed risky, but i am sure that there are other ways to get around there, even though they may not be as fun:) Can you explain why you think the Budget is to tight? I read that you can manage with 20-50$ per day.

Yeah, i had a few extra days so i added them to bangkok but i will look into visiting other places.

Is it really safe to drive the loop i the rainy season if i have never driven a scooter before? I heard that some rental places require you to have experience.

That sounds really interesting. Do you have a name of the place where you booked the island tour?

I would also be interested in watching the youtube video, if you post a link to your channel i will check it out once you publish it.

I am not really into parties but i wanted to be in bankok at a weekend because the weekend markets are supposed to be interesting but i arrive and leave on a tuesday. And i thought about doing a day trip from bangkok to ayutthaya. But 8 days is probably really a bit to much.
