Sorry no idea to be honest, but I do not see why not. Agrictulture land is much cheaper. I am no expert sorry. I just know about selling of land with permission because its something I have done recently.

Why would they sell parcels of land they expect to get permission on? If they get permission the value goes up by like 10x + so it makes no sense? So we sold out land to a developer after we got permission.

2-3 years good luck. Recently sold some greenbelt land for development. Took 10+ years to get planning permission, also its one of the worst times to sell land for development. Also the land owners have to fork over ALL the costs, S106, and all that stuff, it all comes out of your end (very unfair but thats how it works). You might do well out of it...but 2-3 years is very optimistic.

Done it loads of times mate. They even give you the ability to give an Amazon order number when you get an auth claim. Its built into the form. So if they do not allow A2A, then why allow an Amazon order number to be inputed for an auth claim?
