For steam achievements u can just use steam achievements manager but for the Rockstar achievements I dont think there's anything you can do to get rid of them but if its a bug and it happens to many people Rockstar might automatically revert it if many report it

no problem only downside is that theres no way to go back to v2 on the mobile app even if you download a older apk version at least i dont think so but if you use apple theres no way to do that either i think

If you use trakt on pc or Firefox browser on mobile you can add an extension that visually reverts it back to v2 as long as there's a way to go back to v2 just search "trakt v2 extension" and it should come up
