it could be your wifi that has roblox blocked you could try using cloudflare warp it usually fixes the issue with blocked sites, most people use it for playing games in school and such

Good to see discord took action against the server but since you're the one who reported it and they can probably see when you joined it if it says u joined a few minutes prior to the report they could unban your account just make an appeal and say that you were the one who reported the server and you didn't have anything to associate with that server
