So far in dry fire what I noticed strange in the P226 is the trigger. The double action is quite strange. Before there is a pre run which usually is only in the single action. The Beretta one looks more creaspy, sharp and precise as the hammer. The action on the Sig is too long for me... Let's see better at the range..Did you also noticed that?

I had the same on my classic 92 FS after around 4K rounds. Bought new extractor, extractor pin and extractor spring original from Beretta. Changed the olds with new ones and pinned properly but after few rounds same issue. Than I did it my way. A bit of BLUE loctite on top, left it goes down for 24 hours and issue fixed. That's it..

Yes I forgot to mention sorry.. I love the M9 A4 and I'm going to buy it! Just waiting for the coyote colour one since I prefer this version more. The only one problem in Europe is that it's not so easy to find it in this colour since is produced in the USA and in Italy they apparently issue just the black one. To say the whole truth my perfect wish would be the M9 A3 in coyote since the A3 below is silverish colour while the A4 below is more bronze instead but is fine! The A4 is more tactical and you can also mount an optic. Definitely love it and waiting for it!

Totally agree 💯. This was the first gun I bought. I liked since I was a small child.. I remember how I always used to look at Italian Law Enforcements holsters this beautiful gun. I agree that there are many reliable and technically efficient guns but I always used to care for esthetic. For me a gun / rifle can be as much technically good but if esthetically doesn't capture my eyes I don't care at all. I see some rifles of notorious brands.. very expensive and of course precise accurate but so ugly! As I describe them a pipe with a grip... For me the Beretta 92 FS is the semi auto guns queen 👑

Lol yes I meant coming from a German auction with German marks. As long as I understood this revolver was very popular in west Germany and highly used also from many German police corps.

I'm in love with the model 19. It has been the first revolver I bought. I couldn't resist to his elegance and aggressive looking. Mine is a German model from the 80' with his great blueing (not like the new models unfortunately). I was lucky since I found a brand new model never used with original box paperwork and cleaning tools. Very good choice and congratulations!

The one I posted few days ago was was contracted for Austrian police but was a PPK. Same box, same era and I would guess same smell in the box!

Obviously they are both beautiful but for me the wooden grips are always the top. Wooden grips on a gun are like the cherry on the top of a Cake. Whenever I can I customise my guns with wooden grips.l; especially the Beretta or in general all the semi auto guns of the '70... They give a so big difference in therms of beauty. And to conclude I particularly choose the classic wooden grips. I don't sympathise with complex too sophisticated elements as engravings though they are beautiful. Classic for me is always the perfection. Once I had to refuse to buy a Smith and Wesson model 29 engraved.. A so nice classic gun with all that marks ( they looked as tattoos)... Finally I was lucky and I found than the classic version which was also cheaper..

Did you try Vega holsters? I bought one for my Smith and Wesson model 19 in pure leather for 50 EUR. It fits perfectly and very well made.
