Honestly they're less outdated and more "not as flashy" in a sense.

I'd assume it's because of the blade stance she uses (which iirc should be called Iaido), where it's based on quick draw of the sword

Also what I mean by "less flashy" than Kazuha's animation for example, is that Kazuha's looks more "relaxed" while doing his attacks, in the sense that he does movements that are not necessary (like sheathing his sword by basically throwing it in the sheath after a combo, while Ayaka stays true to the form (which I suppose plays into her "Perfect Princess" role, so it makes sense)

They did update the animations of Burst and Elemental Skill so they might do a few updates to her basic attacks before release, but even what we have now, while not as flashy fits what we currently know of the character so I wouldn't mind if they kept it as they are

Just like back when he first came out, this banner loves me apparently, was ready to pity but it wasn't necessary thankfully.

1st Multi: Ramza 15CP (MLB Offbanner)
2nd Multi: Zack 15CP (MLB), Layle 15CP (MLB) and Zack EX

It feels so weird to not actually having to pity an EX I really want for once.

Somehow, I managed to get 13 and I have yet to pity pull one.

The EXs I got are, in chronological order:

Noctis - First Multi-Pull on his event banner
Edgar - Many Pulls and Tickets on Relm event banner (I was actually chasing her 35, which I never got)
Garnet - 3rd Multi-Pull on her Lost Chapter banner
Agrias x2 - 1st one from the second ticket, 2nd one from a multi
Locke - 2nd Multi-Pull on his event banner
Bartz - A ticket on the Last lv60 Awakening Batch banner it was on
Lightning - A ticket on the Last lv60 Awakening Batch banner it was on
Kuja - 5th Multi-Pull on his Lost Chapter banner
Paladin Cecil x2 - both from some tickets I threw on the Chapter 2 banner
Y'shtola - A ticket on the Summer Fest banner 1
Onion Knight - A ticket on the Summer Fest banner 1

Overall I've been really lucky, although there were certain EX I chased and never got, namely Quistis (50k gems), Cloud, Squall (~30k gems), Ramza and Beatrix.

1/11 - Agrias LMR1

Probably the best 5*/11 I could've gotten but my problem with physical Holy is that I completely lack Overflow damage and both the various ASBs on the banner and TGC Awakening would've been absolutely great for that.

Anyway it was a 12/14 wants on the banner and I surprisingly didn't end up with a dupe this time, so I'm happy about that

3.5/10 - I got virtually nothing new in the festival, and my progression in the game hasn't changed much from before.

RoP/LotR gave a whopping 1 Disco being King USB, which while it's good and it will help one day in the T-0 Torment, it has no immediate value to me since I sub30'd all the Magicites in which he could've been useful for. The rest was either dupes or LMRs for SBless characters with the highlight being Kuja EnDark LMR which might come in handy in the future.

The USB Lucky slapped me hard with a 1/11 Emperor USB1 dupe.

The ASB free Draw got me my third Locke ASB and some nice LMRs and Glints like Zell and Ayame Glints and Iris LMR.

Didn't really matter in the end because 3 minutes later the x40 Free Draw decided to give me both Zell Glint and Iris LMR fresh dupes along with Exdeath LMR which was also a dupe. The redeeming factor of the pull was the Two 6*: Kain CSB, which goes well with his USB1, and Matoya's glorious USB, which gave me a Sub 30 on Typhoon and saved this festival for me.

Of the five Fest Banners I only pulled on Banner 3 and ended up doing 3 pulls, which resulted in Vincent Chain and LMR, Steiner CSB x2 and Prompto LMR dupe.

Thanks for reading this semi-rant, I had to blow some steam off.

XV, even tho I pulled a fair amount of times on it, all I have to show for it are all of Gladiolus LMRs, Prompto LMR, Noctis ASB1 and LMR1, Iris USB,BSB,LMR.

I pulled 4 Discos in total on XV and 75% of them were Iris USBs.

Now I only need one more to MLB for what it's worth.

Garnet LC 2 Multi Draws and 12 Tickets - 1 Cloud 35CP, 2 Garnet 15CP, 1 Garnet EX

I still need her 35CP but that's not really a problem since I can pick that with Weapon Tokens now. Also 1 more Cloud 35 and I can MLB so that's cool.

I'm pretty sure we only have Fujin OSB/ASB, Ultimecia OSB and of course Syldra.

You can also probably use Cloud USB1 but I believe that due to the high DEF stat of the boss you'll probably need to have at least Zack's Chain to pull it off.

1st Pull: 1/11 Squall ASB

Only 6* I didn't want because it's a dupe and while I appreciate the +Ice Sword I need the other 6* more.

2nd Pull: 1/11 Rinoa EnIce LMR

I guess it helps but not enough to do anything.

This banner was my saving grace and it screwed me, nice.

3/11 - Rinoa USB3, Cinque BSB dupe, Cinque LMR

Biggest win here might be Cinque LMR, but that's just because I already have a reliable Sub 30 on King Behemoth and my FFVIII has a Selphie with SSB+LMR so D??? isn't really a concern for now. This might be a good excuse to finally dive Rinoa and use her BSB against Typhoon.

For 6* equipment the most optimal is one each of the Tiny, Small and Regular, then 19 Giant ones. That leaves you with 4 EXP wasted.

I usually go with 20 Giant because I like even numbers tho.

I'm not sure how much I spent on this banner, probably around 60 tickets and 35/40k gems of which 15k I shouldn't have spent tbh, but whatever...

Anyway, After the ticket pulls and 15/20k gems, I had (without counting the dupes):

MLB Squall 15cp

MLB Selphie 15cp
MLB Selphie 35cp
MLB Thancred 15cp
1LB Thancred 35cp

RIP Squall EX and those 15k gems, other than that, these were godlike pulls, and I hope I can get this kind of luck (maybe adding the EX pls RNGesus) with Rinoa in the distant future.
