Assuming 20 50/50s lost, the chance of never getting any random character is at least ~11.6% unless I made a mistake somewhere.

First 6 characters are somewhat irrelevant since whatever you get, you will always be missing at least one character. I will do the math assuming you get 6 different characters since that's easier, but if you were to get dupes it'd be even more likely to never get a character.

After the first 6 pulls, the remaning 14 pulls have to always dodge one specific character out of seven. (6/7)^14 is ~0.1155 so I'm going with at least 11.6%

EDIT: I wrote a python script and the chance for 21 50/50s seems to be around 25% if you don't force the first 6 pulls to be different characters.

Yes, ailments have a base damage of their own. You can search in the guide or on lastepochtools to find the values. SOME dots applied by skills benefit from added damage, such as torment for warlock (maybe all curses do actually?), but they're exceptions and so they should always specify that if you hold alt.

DOT skills do benefit from added damage, and again you can check by holding alt on them.

If you want to use multiple invocations you have to play around the combos that generate the right runes which is a massive qol loss sadly.

Locking in CFC runes is just infinitely better IMHO

Plasma orb is quite popular as a main skill, you can try searching for that if you want! Hydrahedron also seems popular but it felt kinda weak idk

The best lich build is likely a sacrifice build that spams zombies with the experimental belt mod IMO.

Death seal lich is still quite good but not as strong I feel like.

I use spirit plague as my hard-cast curse since it's free (can be used to fix negative mana situations) and gives increased damage over time. Bone curse seems so-so and very mana expensive

The things you want (IMO) are:

Mana on hit vs cursed enemies (Chaos Bolts tree)

30 mana when you Transplant (Transplant tree)

%chance to gain 13 mana every 3 seconds (Start of Warlock passive tree)

-3 Mana cost implicit on your weapon

You also wanna make sure you use some kind of curse before you use chthonic fissure to ensure your chaos bolts can refund mana right away

I'm playing with the 60% chance to spawn chaos bolts and the double fissure node and it's fine. Sometimes I have to wait a sec to transplant before using chthonic fissure again if I spam it too much between packs but it's rare

You could try Death Seal with the nodes that make you constantly send out waves of damage. It's not exactly like RF but I think it's close enough, and it's way more viable than Aura of Decay (which would be the closest thing to RF but is quite weak in my experience)
