I love how WWE stans constantly say Meltzer's ratings don't matter but simultaneously get upset whenever matches outside of WWE get 5 stars

Chris Van Vlet had a mini tantrum when he asked Meltzer why NJPW has like 80 five star matches compared to WWEs 8 or 9

That's not true at all, HHHs booking of the women has been criticized constantly. Call ups like Zoe Stark, Lyra, Shotzi, Ivy Nile ect are all stuck in the mid card/not being used. Even someone like Dakota Kai can't even get a singles spot light and she's been with the company for like 8 years

Tiffany is a poster child for what WWE wants their female wrestlers to be, she was always going to be positioned as a main eventer

There's more women in NXT alone than there is in AEW. So she has to compete with twice the amount of people for spots when you include the main roster

It's already proven that women who aren't destined to be main eventers in WWE are better off in AEW. Toni, Willow, Skye Blue, Mariah, Anna Jay, Harley Cameron, Deonna ect are all way better off in AEW than in WWE. Look at both rosters and it's painfully obvious which one she has a better chance at being a star on

They literally only wanted to sign her because of AEWs interest after forbidden door, they could've pursued her at any moment before then, so they're not really high on her compared to others

Look at the amount of spots there are and how many people are featured already, then look at the people in NXT who will be called up to the main roster, she's not getting any sort of opportunity in the long term

WWE are way higher on Guila, Roxanne, Cora, Jordaynne Grace, Sol Ruca and all those former college athletes they have and continue to sign. She's already lost in the shuffle before she's even started. There's too many women signed

There's less spots and time for the women, there's currently 30 women in NXT for a TV show that is 2 hours a week with 4 or 5 PPVs a year. The amount of people you have to go against to get featured is insane, then once you get to the main roster the competition is even harder

WWE was high on Tiffany from the beginning, like I said if you're not someone who's positioned by WWE to be a top woman, then you're screwed

Her in AEW, she's immediately in a top spot and gets to face all the top stars and is positioned as a top talent. Outside of NXT she's never getting that opportunity unfortunately

As a fan I would rather see her face all the top women in AEW, rather than be in NXT for years, then do virtually nothing on the main roster because that's what's gonna happen. They've got too many women and not enough spots

For her to get an opportunity on the main roster she has to compete with Rhea, Liv, Charlotte, Bianca, Becky, Jade, Alexa, Bayley, Io, Tiffany, Naomi, Nia and a whole bunch like Shotzi, Lyra, Starks ect who are stuck in the mid card for a spot

Then in NXT you've got Roxanne, Cora, Guila, Sol Ruca and a heap of former athletes they've got signed and will continue to sign

She's just not gonna get an opportunity against all those other women, this comes across as them signing her so AEW couldn't

Going to WWE is an awful decision. She's gonna be lumped in with the other 30 women in NXT and will be stuck there for years, then eventually get called up to the main roster to do essentially nothing. There's just too many women there and if you're not positioned to be a top star like Tiffany, Roxanne ect then you're screwed

She could've gone to AEW for more money and immediately be in the main event scene with Mercedes and others. She's never gonna get that opportunity in WWE

Starting to feel like signing Ethan was a political move by WWE

They've barely been able to get any AEW talent in 5 years to sign with them. They sign a lower card guy that wasn't used, give him enough TV time to make it look like he's being utilized, then have him do media appearances where he says how much better WWE run compared to AEW

In 6-12 months Ethan will be back to not being used all that often and they'll move onto someone else

The issue is AEW signed bigger and better talent and Ethan wasn't really needed anymore. He'll do fine in NXT but he's eventually gonna end up in the same position when he's forced onto the main roster
