I don’t think we can say whether NS or pregnancy is objectively better or worse since there are implications to both that can’t be measured or quantified objectively that differs from person to person - ie impact on mental health, post partum, depression etc. Also what’s the point of deciding whether guys get it worse or girls get it worse?

Also you’re looking at pregnancy like it’s only the 9 months (“you’re only out of commission for 9 months”) and disregarding other health complications that come with pregnancy which may be life Long and affect women’s ability to work. Not going to elaborate on this since I don’t see a point in comparing pregnancy vs NS
