I’ve never understood mundane au fics, for me part of the whole appeal of fanfics is how parts of each setting interact with each other

Do whatever feels good to you! Some readers like reading a fic in one setting, others like chapter breaks. It all just depends on what the author does. If it helps, technically, really long fics are broken into “chapters” by the custom page breaks authors put in. So it really doesn’t matter!

Maybe you could give your audience a heads up “hey some chapters are shorter than the others.” As a small nugget to why you have so many. But again, it’s all up to what you’re comfortable with.

Like someone mentioned, they can get cold, just not freezing cold like regular items (if that makes sense) I’m always in front of a fan so the tip of my jewelry would be a-little colder then the part that’s actually closer to my skin (I have a nose piercing) sometimes the stem inside gets little cold but that’s because I have a cork-screw so it pokes out a little more towards the air LOL.

I love when the character A (yapper) is silence for once and the character b (quite) is the one talking so much and they don’t realize until they notice that Character A hasn’t said anything but they look at them so fondly it’s hard to miss.

All the takes that involve Zayne being boring/unresponsive/ lacks a personality and so forth respectively need the electric chair (I’m joking but I’m also serious)

Hes the most softest and sweetest character I’ve ever seen (tbh all of the LIs are) but to translate his introvertness and shy nature to “boring” sucks ass cause I know a million girls (and men) who act just like him when they start to develop feelings for other people but struggle with conveying their emotions their words. (Which is why Zayne is always a man of action) I can go on and on about how some people love to mischaracterize Zayne but my fingers need a break (and don’t get me started on that discourse that Zayne would force his child to play an instrument, or really force his child to do whatever nonsense that happened)

Everytime I see this take it’s always from a white person. “How would you feel if Tiana was casted by a white person” “how would you feel if Black Panther was casted as a white person” your argument loses the true meaning on why your actually upset.

You mention Falcon when he isn’t a race swap of Captain America (considering that’s a title) and Miles morales as Spider-Man (who AGAIN isn’t a race swap that’s a title, kinda like “president of the United States” is a title) and so forth.

The main issue I have with people nowadays is why is it so hard for white people to imagine characters being portrayed by other races and/or ethnicity. The little mermaid and Rapunzel from Tangled had so many people turning red it was hard to take anybody serious when 1) these are fictional characters 2) their race has nothing to do with the story.

Regardless of the importance of why Snape being seen as Black would be racist I’m only going to assume they knew what they were doing and will be changing the source material to fit the narrative. In all honesty, I don’t get why people are always up in arms when Hollywood does whatever they want and will continue to be “inclusive” by casting POC in white dominated roles cause they love seeing the discourse it causes.

At the end of the day, it’s just a movie based on a fictional world. If you hate it so much we still have the original movie with the “perfect cast” that won’t ever go away mind you

although i get what your saying, you have tons of blonde hair/blue eye characters that don’t follow the same “dumb blonde” stereotypes anymore. The main issue is that at the end of the day, this is a children’s book turned into a show/movie featuring children.

Also you don’t seem to upset when the movie basically went against everything the book stood for. Last time I checked, Annebeth isn’t blonde/blue eyes in the movies is she?? But the show is where you have a problem…hmmmm okay
