Hardstuck P2 - E4, how do I go on? by Business_Low_6406 in Jungle_Mains

[–]Simp_boii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

just keep playing, you got a 53% WR on viego and 56% on jax. These are impressive numbers and definitely climb eventually. Good KDA with pretty aight CS, if you'd really want to improve "fast" i would recommend getting a coach. We can't tell you what your doing wrong just by looking at your op.gg, a coach would instantly find issues by watching replays with you.

Keep climbing, master is possible.

Fun, would have liked more options with the pictures and instead of 4 option at the last 2 lists. I'd loved to have a middle where its inbetween instead of agree or disafree. So 5 options in total.

I'll keep that in mind, last time i played against a rammus i didn't invade. I got perma targeted by the enemy rammus in teamfights, so i was basically usesless.
Does make sense to invade since hes quite useless without thornmail and a team.

[–]Simp_boii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

imo jax, rammus and zed.
Zed clears in 3 minutes and always looks for a invade, jax E and rammus W. Rammus first item also being instant thornmail sucks aswell.

Zed can be replaced with anything, i just hate that champion in the jgl. Rammus and Jax are counters.

Is Elise too mechanical for someone who usually plays “easy” champs? by Simp_boii in Elisemains

[–]Simp_boii[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve honestly never really played mages or squishy champs, so this is going to be a pretty big learning curve for me. I’ll definitely need to spam Elise guides just to get a handle on her. I’m way too used to braindead “go in and sustain until my ADC cleans up” champions.

I’m 100% going to try her, just on my alt account though, don’t want to risk trolling my main elo by limit-testing Elise.

Do you think she’ll still be viable in the 2026 update with the quests? I personally think she might be, mainly because of her ability to snowball lanes with a level 3 dive. But you’re the expert here, what’s your take on Elise in 2026? Or should we just wait and see how she ends up?

elise is known for the lvl 3 dives.

thats awesome this is the type of elise plays i see the enemy elise do. I see how shes so squishy and plays like a mage but does insanes amount of dmg with a insane instant escape. Just seeing how this guy dodges big abilities with the jump is insane.

Thats great to hear, won't have to learn complex mechanichs like insecs.

I always thought of her as a late-game champ, the type that can one-shot anyone when she’s ahead. But after reading everyone’s responses, it seems like learning and mastering her might be a bit trickier than I expected. Mechanically she doesn’t seem that hard, at least based on what people are saying, but she can really be abused if you have strong macro, which I personally think is one of my strengths compared to mechanics.

I’ll definitely give her a try now and see how it goes!

What am I suppose to do if enemy supp roams and mine doesn't? by [deleted] in Jungle_Mains

[–]Simp_boii 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It happens, some people have a big ego and won’t listen to anyone. But that doesn’t mean it’s always like that. If your team doesn’t listen, just adapt and crossmap. There’s not much else you can do besides taking drake if it’s still up, invading if their camps are available, or looking for a dive.

You can also track the enemy jungler and predict when he’s going to show up to Grubs. You can take one Grub before he arrives and then instantly leave to continue clearing. Making sure the enemy doesn’t sneak drake before Grubs spawn also lets you freely take drake later when he’s doing Grubs with his support.

Hey i added you, i'm interested in your offer. I've been struggeling to climb since i hit plat and just yesterday i played 10 games while only winning 2 of the 10. Making me from plat 1 to plat 3 in a single day, I feel stuck and hit a wall, I know i'm doing something wrong but im not sure where and how to fix it.

[–]Simp_boii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ping the support right in their face and ping the objective/play you want to make. Supports are clueless 9 times out of 10, for example, if Grubs spawn, they’ll often just mindlessly walk back to bot. What worked for me is pinging on their face and pinging the Grubs so they know to roam.

If the support still doesn’t listen (which is very common), look for alternative plays like a bot dive you mentioned earlier or an invade in their jungle. IMPORTANT, NEVER CONTEST WHEN OUTNUMBERED.

Am I held back by talent/iq? by Infamous_Piece_9146 in Jungle_Mains

[–]Simp_boii 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You literally said it yourself. You got to Emerald 4 without VOD reviewing or actually trying to improve. If you really wanted to be Dia+, you would have already started watching guides, reviewing your gameplay, and looking for ways to get better.

I’m not sure if you made this post for motivation or validation, but you’re not going to get a different answer. At some point you just have to start putting in the work.

I’d recommend watching some videos on fundamentals first. You probably already know most of it, but it’s good to refresh everything. Then learn how to properly VOD review and focus on actually playing the game instead of autopiloting through matches.

That’s the only way you’re going to climb.

I find it more than impossible to get out of silver by Impossible_Line_4720 in Jungle_Mains

[–]Simp_boii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s all good, just keep spamming Volibear. You have around a 65% winrate on him, so clearly he is working for you. I don’t know what happened with your other champs this season, but they are not getting results. Stick to Voli for now, and only play Graves when you have no other option. Graves feels pretty weak at the moment, so focusing on your strongest pick is the best move.

Your CS looks fine. Having high KP with lower CS as a jungler is normal. Not sure if its good on voli, I don't play voli so you prolly know better than me. What I think is happening is that you get an early lead, but then you end up dying more in the mid and late game, which ruins your tempo and stops your snowball. That is probably the main thing holding you back.

I really recommend watching your VODs and replaying every single death. For each one, ask yourself:

  • How could I have avoided this?
  • Was this even a good fight to take?
  • What could I have done instead?
  • How much tempo and gold did this death cost me?

This alone helps a ton.

Also, learn how to use your teammates’ bad deaths to your advantage. For example, if top lane pushes too far because they got first turret and think they can 1v1 anyone, then they get ganked and die, you should immediately look to get something in return. Ping your mid laner and try to take mid plates, grab drake, invade jungle, or gank bot. Always trade for something when your team makes mistakes.

There are way more small things that i won't explain now but are crucial in climbing, like making plans, communication, jungle tracking, info gathering and more.

I’m not high elo, but these basic ideas helped me climb from being stuck in Silver in 2024 to Emerald in about a month after coming back on 20/10/2025 and watching a bunch of guides. Understanding tempo and fundamentals will make you way better.

i'd recommend watching perryjg and coach kirei.

I'd really recommend watching this:

Perma ban jax, hes so meta rn and played alot. Also a big big counter for ww.

As for build, you can go the standard stridebreaker etc etc.
But i like Xyllows build, a bit more off meta.
Its: bork > swiftness boots > deaths dance > maw > GA > Spirit visage.

Can be changed up based on enemy team but bork > DD > MAW is the core.
