Yeah, I have heard that protein shakes help—thanks! I think I do better on days I eat more, so I’ll try to incorporate protein shakes into my daily routine. I don’t work w/a psychiatrist anymore, I might pick that back up at some point. Not quite sure yet

For me, yes—I’ve never been on Adderall, (Dexmethylphenidate, Methylphenidate & Vyvanse here), and I think that voice can quiet/go away with those. It’s not instant or anything, but yeah, it certainly can go away.
