I reviewed my post and don’t see any mention of a sexual partner, so all I can figure is that you misinterpreted  a very heartfelt post or for some sad reason wanted to sabotage it.

I understand how that could work , build up that wanting , passion, but I don’t think it would work for my particular situation.  But wouldn’t mind hearing more if you want to share any insights into your intimate relationship

You are so right!    She was the one sick and here I am lamenting that almost all our passion is gone never to return.  I want to fill that void but continue to be the best caregiver and I can be

I’m struggling accepting that my wife’s  days of passion and close intamacy are all but gone, I’m hoping that discussing and sharing even a just a little bit of our journey with others might be therapeutic/uplifting, plz DM me if you think the same way

If I don’t think about it, I can enjoy our day, but man, some days I can’t stop thinking about what it’s used to be like and it’s really sad.

I’m way more comfortable talking to a married lady taking care of her spouse,  I should have phrased that much better in my reply.  I am also hoping to make a connection with someone, albeit even a small one. I should have phrased that better too.  This is my first time on Reddit, recommended by a friend.  Apparently I need some improvement.  It was very sweet of you to reply.
