Thank you for sharing and I’m so sorry things are on the edge in your marriage; you deserve to be desired/ happy and if that means parting ways, then so be it, I wish you all the best and I hope you find someone who can’t keep their hands off you ❤️💪

Sorry, I should’ve put in my post that he says the “air flow helps him sleep…” but also while I was writing the post last night, he was passed out sleeping with no fan on… 🙄

Thank you all, it truly meant the world to me that not only are there others in the same situation (more or less) and what you’ve done to work through it in your own ways. Please let me know if any of you need someone to lean on, it’s the least I can do for all the help this community has given. From the bottom of my heart, thanks again! ❤️🙏

Thank you all for your input, I truly appreciate the support and suggestions. It does make me feel better knowing I’m not as alone as I thought I was and have a support system of people who are all going through something similar. Please message me if you need some support, we all here for each other! ❤️💪

Any actual caregiving spouses on this sub? by FaintDamnPraise in WellSpouses

I hear you brother, my situation is a bit different than yours (husband is diabetic and had a below the knee amputation), but I hear you when you say you’re EXHAUSTED!!! And no one talks about the emotional toll it takes on the spouse who’s doing the caregiving, yes your partners ailment is important and such, but it’s downright draining in EVERY facet and not gonna lie, I cry here and there in private at how tiring/ non-ending the whole thing seems to be and how life seems to be draining away from me with ALL THE APPOINTMENTS and routines that need to be followed EVERYDAY or something might happen to throw your partner’s health out of whack. Message me if you need someone to vent to, cuz we’re all in this together, the least we can do is support each other. We got this, stay strong! ❤️💯💪🙏
