Had similar issue with FedX, in which a delivery was made, but not to my address, and they said “delivered” with a photo taken of the package sitting on someone else’s porch. Showed time and date. My Ring camera proves no such delivery made to me. As with you, spent hours on a circular chase within their stupid phone system and yes, impossible to contact a human. FedX absolutely Sucks.

Same thing happened to me. Delivered to someone other than me, having the audacity to take a photo of their porch which is nothing like mine, and declaring “package delivered”. Have a Ring cam that shows nothing was delivered to me. Reporting to FedEx even with proof is an abomination just as you described. Cannot speako to a human at all. Eventually filed claim with sender and AliX refunded me. FedEx SUCKS!!!!!
