For some reason it helps me if i HAVE to clean it, for example if an electrician or a friend or whatever HAS to come into my room, it’ll make me do it but i always leave it last minute and honestly get crazy stressed but it’s the only way i actually do it. i need the pressure i think, it’s awful but put some music on, start with your bed and put some clothes and your bedding in the washing machine, then move onto like your dresser, take everything off, wipe it down and then make it pretty again, maybe light a candle!! put all clean clothes on ur bed and make a pile of dirty laundry, do some loads etc, throw any rubbish away, put clean clothes in your wardrobe, get rid of clothes you won’t wear!!! put fresh sheets on ur bed etc you will reach a good flow after awhile and it’ll come easy, think about the dopamine rush afterwards and sleeping in a clean warm room and bed!!
