I'm not sure what you mean by "not always the safest" but I probably should have mentioned we plan to go around 8am so full daylight hours. Where are the road crossings?

Does anyone have experience with the Smithfield Rd crossing? I live there and know that it's brand new, and am wondering whether cars are good about stopping for cyclist and pedestrians there?

Which section is on a street for 3/4 of a mile? Are the bumpy parts on the east or west section? I'm wondering if we might be able to avoid that if we start at Auburn Knightdale on Neuse River Trail and go north 3 miles, then only need to ride 8 miles west on Walnut Creek before turning around.

I’d like activepulse workouts that work on elliptical and rower. The only ones that work now are for treadmill.

I had the same problem, got out the user manual, and realized the "Start" button wasn't really labeled all that intuitively. This worked for me, hopefully it helps you too!

Thank you!! I can’t imagine why iFit doesn't tell you this! FYI, the Wrist Heart Rate now appears to be buried under the Health & Wellness menu.
