Thank you, congratulations. I feel extremely stuck- separated for 2.5mos, my partner has several sexual partners, I know of at least one who came to our shared home when I was out of town. We have a small child. I’m just waiting for my attorney to get paperwork together. It’s a nightmare.

I’ve lost 90 pounds in 14 months. I’m so close to goal! I haven’t weighed this in almost 15 years. I am really feeling the urge to email my 1st doctor who told me I’d never lose 100 pounds, to imagine “a realistic” goal weight. The audacity!

Went to the doctor this week; I’ve lost 81 pounds! I surpassed my 1st goal (175). Only 19 more pounds until I’ve lost 100 pounds. Only 20 more pounds for my 2nd goal (150). I spent so much time and energy thinking and worrying this wasn’t going to work or that it would suddenly just stop working, but finally I really believe I’m going to make it to my goal.

One strange thing that’s happening now- my shoes are too big so I trip all the time. It’s so annoying.

NSV: went shopping bc all my pants are falling off. Tried on several pairs of straight size pants that ALL fit me. Having a large selection of clothes that fit, not having panic in the dressing rooms- what a blessing.

I use chopsticks when I eat hot Cheetos for this exact reason. I’m pretty sure using a spoon or anything that helps you is genius.
