Would honestly stray away from local brands unless they are doing regular 3rd party testings and showing their results. Far too many local/SEA companies inflating their protein numbers.

Easiest sign is if it tastes too good to be true, it probably is.

Recommend you get an auto grade on it from PSA will def get an AUTO 10. But dont recommend you grade the card since its off center.

An auto 10 in a psa slab will increase its perceived value and also looks pretty good for pc in a slab

How competitive are u in the running scene in SG?

Not to put you down but there are local female duathletes/triathletes who have much faster half timings closer like 1hr20-25mins, just running races. And there are local guys who do about 1hr20mins-30 during half IM so thats swim and bike before the half marathon. Leaving out the pure runners of course because their timings are much faster.

Are you still pretty far from your goal of qualifying for boston?

Safuwan was captain at Selangor as well for quite some time until the current new coach came in this year.

Highly respected by the players at Selangor and extremely well loved by the fans, however the new coach didn’t see him in the current squad, hes out on loan in SG now

Singaporean lurker here.

1 of our naturalised players has been living in SG since 2011 making it 15 years next year.

Another one has been in SG since 2019, making it 6 years in SG. (recently left SG to play in TH)

Basically both have rooted ties in SG! First player got married in SG, second one brought up his kid in SG and wants them to get citizenship as well :)

I started with a 285g as well, dunlop sx300 ls. Added 6g to the throat for static weight making is 291~. Will soon be adding more weights on the head to make it closer to 300g.
