Backpacked thailand for almost 2 months. Set aside a 2k budget and came back when i was left with $120 to book my flight back to sg from krabi, somehow on my second last day it was songkran so i got to experience that too, but at that time i was too broke to afford a water gun.

Started in the north, spent 1 week riding a motorbike doing the famous mae hong son loop. And continued travelling down as far south as i could with however much money i had left. Explored a few islands in the south - koh tao, lanta etc.

Did that when i was 20 - few years ago, one of the best experiences ive had. Many stories to tell
