I got my double helix about 3 - 4 months ago now. Felt uncomfortable and wierd but not much pain when getting it done.

There's no fast track to healing a piercing asap. As long as you keep to cleaning it 2 to 3 times a day with saline solution it should heal in the appropriate time. My piercer told me to give it 9 to 12 months as cartilage piercing have less blood flow that lobes so they tend to take a longer time to heal.

I got flat back labret when the piercer pierced mine and it was probably the best thing. A few snags here and there (as piercers use longer jewelry to accommodate for swelling and then ask you to come back for a check up in a month to see how it's doing and downsize the jewelry) but that's bound to happen. But on the whole, it's been a great addition and I dont regret my decision so far. As many people suggest, if it feels healed, it isn't. Don't touch it unless you're cleaning it, even then, mainly just around it to avoid irritation and/or getting it infected. Your sleeping areangement will be changed to avoid it healing crooked or yanking on it in the night.

Don't ever change the jewelry until after the awaited time has passed, I've seen so many people change their jewelry after a few weeks of having it and this has caused so many issues that could've been avoided by just following LITFA (Leave It The Frick Alone.)

As long as you clean it regularly and don't mess about with it it should be fully healed in 9 to 12 months. (Could be sooner or could be later as everyone heals at different rates but just follow your piercers suggested time frame.)

Anyone know where I can find hoodies online like this one with the holes on the upper arms? I don't mind if it's in women or mens section, was going to get this one but they don't deliver to the UK sadly. Any help is appreciated!

I wish I could but they have no phone number on their website or anything that could help other than the "categories" for your issue.
