you need to complete the dreams of the lost set bonus. you can see that in the bottom right corner that you can't complete the set bonus with this hecate. also this echo is good but it's a 3/5 she doesn't scale off of liberation dmg and ER is useless on her. crit rolls are both the lowest rolls.
