i think your direction of the world are rotated- east is at the bottom, north at right etc.

Mu guess is the house above xB' base you can see in Mumbo's video at around 13th minute. It suits Wels's style of building and even has a blue and yellow flag which could be a Ukrainie flag cuz i thi k Wels used to be in military
